• This continuous RF end and RF side gluing system provides maximum utilization by allowing lengths and widths to be cut with minimal trim loss virtually approximating saw kerf only.

 • Process: Panels are first composed to a continuous length from smaller pieces up to 4' wide then cut to the desired length. Thereafter, panels are composed side-by-side and glued to form a continuous width (at the desired length), then cut to the desired width from the continuous stock.
